Biography

Walid Saleh, Founder and Managing Director of itqaan Consultancy, is a project management and real estate development expert with more than 25 years experience with multibillion dollar projects spanning residential, commercial, educational, leisure, industrial and environmental projects. Walid’s experience covers a wide geographical zone, in the Middle East and North Africa albeit with a network which expands beyond this region to cover Asia, Europe and the United States.

By profession a civil engineer, Walid holds a post graduate diploma in Construction Management as well as an MBA from the Manchester Business School.

Over his extensive years of experience, Walid has worked with different stakeholders such as developers, contractors and consultants. Over the past 13 years, he has worked with one of the Gulf diversified conglomerates in the UAE as a Director for Real Estate Development. Walid’s project management expertise was not only required at inception, feasibility, appointment of consultants, design, tender and construction stages but vital all the way to the final stages of handing over and operation of the projects.

Walid’s experience allows him to offer a breadth of exposure and expertise across the real estate and project management field. Walid Saleh has received several excellence awards for his performance and managerial achievements.
