itqaan’s scope of services is diversified throughout the project’s delivery value chain. The services offered are structured in a flexible way in order to serve the project’s main objectives.

itqaan’s role is to offer a diverse number of services in order to set an overall scope management plan, by, or on behalf of the Client. The project’s scope management plan covers all aspects of the project, with emphasis on the main triple constraints, namely quality, cost and time, from the project’s inception through the design, construction and operation phases.

The scope of itqaan, which is agreed with the Client, may be comprised of any of the below roles:

1. Client Representative, or
2. Project Manager, or
3. Construction Manager 

* Building Information Modeling (BIM) services can be provided to facilitate and improve the quality of project’s modeling, planing simulation, coordination between different disciplines, quantity surveying, which lead to better monitoring and cost control through the project’s phases.
